Diary April 2024 - Aeon Mall Hue Progress

Aeon Mall Hue project is the 7th commercial center of AEON MALL Group in Vietnam and is the largest general commercial service center in the Central region, currently reaching more than 81% progress, expected to be completed and put into operation from September 2024. The project has a total investment of more than 3,916 trillion VND. The total project implementation area is about 8.62 hectares.

 

                                                                                    Project perspective

 

Khang Nhat contractor is honored to be one of the subcontractors of General Contractor Obayashi Vietnam participating in the construction of the project. According to actual at the current construction site, Khang Nhat has completed nearly 60% of the finishing package of zone B2. The Site management board and all workers on the construction site are busy and determined to carry out construction day and night to meet the handover schedule to the Owner.

The outsite bidding package is also deployed in parallel at the same time to meet the expected handover schedule in August 2024 and put the project into use in September 2024. Khang Nhat is urgently to constructing the first items such as ditches, sewers and parking foundations outside the building.

Receiving trust and hight appreciated from the General Contractor, Khang Nhat was assigned other items at the project by the owner. With the highest determination and effort, we are determined to complete the building on schedule with highest quality to meet the general requirements of the Project.
